Refund and cancellation policy

• Your first month is complimentary, and we never charge for it.
• We do not take a card, so there is nothing to cancel.
• A trial never becomes a paid plan by itself. A paid plan starts only when one is agreed in writing.

• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@heraiq.io.
• You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not refund part of a month.

On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12.

• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@heraiq.io.
• If you cancel early, we refund the unused whole months, recalculated at the monthly price.
• The month you cancel in is not an unused whole month, so it is not refunded.
• On an annual plan, access ends at the end of the month you cancel in.

Cancelling does not delete your records straight away. You have 90 days after your subscription ends to ask for an export, and we then delete your data within 30 days. The details are in Exit and your data in our terms.

HeraIQ is sold to businesses only, so the cancellation rights consumers have when they buy online do not apply. This policy sets out what we offer instead.
