What we will never put behind a plan.

Some of this software exists to keep people safe. Charging for that would mean a provider on a smaller plan runs a less safe service, and we are not willing to build that.

Questions people actually ask

What happens at the end of the trial month?: We talk. Nothing is switched off without a conversation, and there is no card on file to charge. If it is not right for your service, walk away — your records stay yours.
What counts as an active service user?: Somebody with at least one visit that calendar month carrying a real check-in — from either carer on a double-up. A person on your books you did not visit is not billed.
Do I pay for carers?: No. Carer and office accounts are unlimited and free on every plan. Your bill moves with the people you support, not the size of your team.
What happens if I go over my AI allowance?: The first month you go over is free and is never billed. Nothing stops working — only new AI drafting pauses, and only well past your allowance.
What if I stop paying?: Your records stay yours. Nothing is deleted while you are working out what to do next.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?: Yes — pay for ten months and get twelve.
