Careberry is an all-in-one platform spanning several care settings, from rostering through to accounting. HeraIQ is a narrower thing, and this page is about which of those two you actually need — not about which is better, which depends entirely on the question you arrived with.

Where HeraIQ is different
These are statements about HeraIQ. Every one of them is checkable against the rest of this site, and two of them are things we decline to do rather than features.
- HeraIQ has no accounting, no invoicing and no recruitment, and is not trying to acquire them. It reads the rota, staff files and care plans a service already keeps and answers the questions its manager is already asking.
- Every answer Hera gives can be traced to the record it came from, and every action it takes can be undone.
- HeraIQ names what it could not check in the same answer as what it found, which is the part a manager needs before repeating it to an inspector.
Which one you need
Careberry is the wider product: if you want rostering, payroll-adjacent accounting and recruitment in one place, that breadth is the reason to choose it. HeraIQ is narrow on purpose. Compare them on whether you are buying an operating system for the business or an assistant that reads its records.
